INKTYPER ENGINEERING
One maintained report. A dated engineering record.
The product technical report explains the route InkTyper is committed to. Version logs preserve the problems, evidence, decisions, failures, and verification that moved the product forward.
TWO DOCUMENT TYPES
Architecture should not be rewritten for every small optimization.
The canonical report changes only when the client transaction, recognition path, trust boundary, reliability model, data contract, platform strategy, or principal SLO changes. Every smaller but meaningful change receives a standalone version log with its own evidence boundary.
VERSION LOG STANDARD
Each entry explains more than what changed.
A complete entry covers context, observed symptom, diagnosis, decision, implementation, fallback behavior, verification, operational impact, and open work. Production observations, controlled benchmarks, estimates, and targets remain visibly separate.
